Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), profile picture, and optionally phone, tax ID, birth date and address when you fill in your profile.

Sign-in data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.

Content you create: products, funnels, pages, contacts, campaigns and research files that you save in the platform.

Billing data: subscription status and Stripe identifiers. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in, and basic logs used for security and debugging.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process payments, send transactional emails (such as sign-in links and password resets), run the features you request, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you sign in with Google we only request basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) to create and identify your account.

If you connect a Google Ads account, we use the Google Ads API only to read reports and manage the campaigns of accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only to show that information to you inside OutVision. Access tokens are stored encrypted.

OutVision's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, we do not sell it, and no person reads it unless you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (sign-in and, if you connect it, Google Ads), Meta (only if you connect your ad account), and the AI provider you choose when you run an AI feature (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). Content you send to an AI feature is sent to the provider you selected.

Our database and files are hosted on our own servers.

Passwords are hashed. API keys and integration tokens you provide are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Every account's data is isolated from other accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix issues quickly.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to ismael.mello.alves@gmail.com. We will delete it, except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

Under Brazilian law (LGPD) and similar laws, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Write to ismael.mello.alves@gmail.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.

If you store your own customers' or leads' data in OutVision, you are the controller of that data and we act on your behalf to store and process it. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect it.

OutVision is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you.
