Terms of Service

OutVision is a software platform that helps digital creators plan, build and sell digital products, manage funnels, pages, contacts and automations, and run paid traffic, with optional AI assistance.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

New accounts may receive a free trial. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law says otherwise. Refunds and the right of withdrawal follow the Brazilian Consumer Code (CDC).

You agree not to use OutVision to break the law, to send spam, to infringe the rights of others, to publish misleading or prohibited offers, to attempt to breach or overload the service, or to resell access without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give us the limited permission needed to store and process it to run the service. AI output may be inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you use or publish it.

OutVision can connect to services such as Google, Meta, Stripe and AI providers. Your use of them is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features.

To the extent the law allows, OutVision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the account holder's domicile in Brazil, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
